Trakai and more Vilnius

Yesterday we had an awesome day! The weather held out so we were able to travel to Trakai. It's a cute little town a bus ride away. It's a place B has wanted to see but has never been able to go to in his 3 previous trips. The town has lots of water. B found a little fixer upper on the water for our summer home....hahaha. The castle in Trakai was really cool. Lots to see. We all loved it!

Today we did our last shopping in Vilnius. The boys picked out trinkets from the street venders and B got me an awesome pair of wool socks. We also found some stories on cd that B's friend recommended. I wanted Viktorija to have some of the songs and stories she was used to hearing to have back in the states. We also found the "Gates of Dawn" that we couldn't find in previous ventures out. Tonight B is going to take the boys out. They are doing the Earth hour celebration right outside our apartment. If you haven't heard about it, look it up on YouTube. Looks pretty cool! Viktorija is so tired today and will have to miss it. So her and I will stay back so she can get to bed.

We are starting to collect things that have scattered about the apartment to get ready to pack. Just 2 more days. We all can't wait to be back in the states. I'm attaching some pictures of a few of our adventures.

Devin and her spent about 30 minutes building a LEGO car together. Devin was great teaching her how to put the pieces together. She loved it!
